A 2 inch sanitary pneumatic butterfly valve from Adamant Valves, model AV-1PC-2VNC-304-S, configured for tri-clamp tri-clamp end connections and normally closed (NC) operation. The NC configuration uses air to open and a spring return to close, making it a fail-safe closed design suitable for process isolation in automated piping systems. The valve body and disc are constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the vertical-type pneumatic actuator is also 304 stainless steel construction.
