This is an ABB BSR23 / 2TLA010041R0600 expansion relay. The nameplate reads ABB, Made in Germany, BSR23, Ind. Cont. Eq., 2TLA010041R0600, Expansion relay, IP20, and 24 VDC, 5W (19.2-27.6 VDC), with the external fuse, contact ratings, wire data, standards and terminal designations listed above. The address on the label is ABB AB Jokab Safety, Varlabergsvägen 11, 434 39 Kungsbacka, Sweden. The label also shows UL (E353291), TUV SUD, CE and CCC marks, and the lower right print reads 05 2130 E 00001070. No field is marked as a serial number.

The housing is yellow, with a front face marked ABB, BSR23, Sentry and Jokab Safety, and three indicator windows marked CH1, OUT and CH2. Two black plug-in terminal blocks are fitted. A round ABB warranty seal sticker is visible on the housing. The unit is shown with an open ABB box whose label reads 2TLA010041R0600, BSR23, QTY 1, 24 VDC, 5W (19.2-27.6 VDC), Fuse 4A and Made in Germany, and with a printed instruction sheet in French.
