The ABB Jokab Safety Pluto B46 v2 is a compact programmable safety controller designed for machine safety applications across a wide range of industrial automation systems. Identified by part number 2TLA020070R1700, this unit carries hardware revision 2.12 and is rated for IEC 61508 SIL 3, EN ISO 13849-1 Category 4/PLe, EN 954-1 Category 4, EN 61496-1 Type 4, and EN 574 Type IIIC. Supply voltage is 24 VDC at plus or minus 15 percent with a maximum current draw of 7A.

The B46 v2 provides a total of 46 configurable inputs and outputs: 24 failsafe inputs, 16 non-failsafe outputs or failsafe inputs, 4 individually failsafe relay outputs rated at 250V/1.5A AC15 and 24V/1.5A DC13, 2 individually failsafe transistor outputs rated at 24VDC/800mA, and 28 additional non-failsafe 24VDC outputs rated at 800mA total 2A per group.
