The nameplate reads Bulletin 1336 Constant Torque 3-Phase AC Drive, CAT 1336-B005-EAD with S1 handwritten after it, SER A, S/N MF00PV81, input 9.2 A, 50/60 Hz, 380/415/460 V, 6.1/6.6/7.3 KVA, output 9.6 A, 0-250 Hz, 380/415/460 V, 6.3/6.9/7.6 KVA, Allen-Bradley, A Rockwell International Company, U.S.A. The plate carries UL Listed Ind. Cont. Eq. and CSA marks and states it is also classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. in accordance with IEC Publication 146, 146-2. A separate label reads E-141845.

The photos show the drive with its cover open. A display and keypad module with Freq, Pr, up, down and Enter keys is mounted on the control board, and a 1336-MOD-L3 115VAC ONLY board with a terminal strip is installed below it. Ribbon cables connect the boards. A multi-language caution label is on the left side, and the cooling fan and a transformer are visible inside the enclosure.
