The Allen-Bradley 1336-MOD-KB005 is a Bulletin 1336 Dynamic Brake unit rated for 680 to 750 VDC input at 2.5 ADC (RMS), designed for use with 380 to 460V AC adjustable frequency drives in the 1336, 1336VT, 1336 PLUS, 1336 PLUS II, and 1336 FORCE series. The unit provides dynamic braking capability by dissipating regenerative energy as heat, with a maximum output heat dissipation rating of 375 watts. Two status indicators are present on the front panel: DC Power and Brake On. The enclosure features a louvered steel construction with a mounting flange base. Series D designation, assembled June 1996. Kit number 16301B, revision 05. UL Listed per markings on the nameplate. Compatible with NEMA Type 1 / IP20 installation environments.
