The nameplate reads CAT 280D-F12Z-10C-GRW-3-P1, SER C, S/N 1DZ14056 RZM, DNet S/N 2025675B, FRN 2.004, Control Voltage 24 Vdc, 200 V 1 HP, 230 V 1 HP, 460 V 3 HP, 575 V 3 HP, 230 V 1.1 kW, 400 V 2.2 kW, Current Range 1.1 - 5.5, and Class 10/15/20. It also reads Enclosure UL type 4/12/13, IP67, Pollution Degree 3, EN 60947-1, EN 60947-4-1, UL Listed A191 Ind. Cont. Eq., CE, and Made in U.S.A. The label notes that the unit may restart unexpectedly in Auto reset mode and that it is listed when used with 280*-*10* and 280*-MTR*22*. No date code is visible on the nameplate.
