This is an Allen-Bradley 280D-F12Z-10C-GRW-3-P1 ArmorStart Control Module with an ArmorStart Base. The control module nameplate reads CAT 280D-F12Z-10C-GRW-3-P1, SER C, S/N 10B77707 BBM, DNet S/N 009B84A4, FRN 2.005, Control Voltage 24 Vdc, 200 V 1 HP, 230 V 1 HP, 460 V 3 HP, 575 V 3 HP, 230 V 1.1 kW, 400 V 2.2 kW, Current Range 1.1 - 5.5, and Class 10/15/20. It also reads Enclosure UL type 4/12/13, IP 67, Pollution Degree 3, EN 60947-1, EN 60947-4-1, UL Listed A191 Ind. Cont. Eq., CE, and Made in U.S.A. The label notes that the unit may restart unexpectedly in Auto reset mode.
The ArmorStart Base nameplate reads CAT 280D-FN-10-R, SER C, Input Rating 24vdc, Output Ratings 240V 50/60hz / 24vdc, total of both outputs 2A or less, Max. Current Rating 7.6 A, suitable as motor disconnect, and 30 inches (0.76 meter) of permanently attached DeviceNet drop cable. The unit has two light gray enclosures side by side with mounting feet. One has a rotary disconnect handle, an I/O block with IN0 to IN3 indicators, and a DNet connector. The other has HAND, AUTO and OFF buttons, POWER, RUN, NETWORK and FAULT indicators, a RESET button, a caution label and a round connector. A motor wiring diagram label for M22 and M35 motors is on the housing.
Sold as surplus, untested. This unit has not been powered on or tested by MRO Exchange, and the starter, DeviceNet communication and I/O have not been verified.
