Manufactured by Rockwell Automation at their Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility, this unit carries catalog number 1756-IA16, Series A, firmware revision 3.004, and material number 1756-IA16 A. The box carries an intact factory seal, and the module is new and unopened in its original Rockwell Automation packaging. The module accepts 120V AC field-side input signals across all 16 points and is compatible with standard ControlLogix chassis configurations.
