The Allen-Bradley 1771-OYL is a PLC-5 digital dry-reed relay contact output module designed for use in the Bulletin 1771 I/O chassis family. Catalog number 1771-OYL, Series A, manufactured in the USA at Rockwell Automation's DUB facility. Package date 02/16/06, packer 83534. Catalog revision D02, part numbers 96642409 and 96642509, revision A01.
The module provides 8 output points configured as 4 normally open and 4 normally closed dry-reed relay contacts rated at 0 to 24V AC/DC. Maximum backplane current draw is 420 mA. Dry-reed relay contacts prevent leakage current and make this module suitable for low-voltage and dry-circuit applications. Compatible with Series A and B 1771 I/O chassis; requires a 1771-WD field wiring arm (not included). Signal delay on and off is 1 ms, with a maximum operate/release and bounce time of 1 ms. Maximum switching frequency is 10 Hz. Power dissipation ranges from 2 W to 2.2 W. Operating temperature range is 0 to 60 degrees C at 5 to 95% relative humidity non-condensing. UPC 10662468205945.
