The Allen-Bradley 500-TO*930 is a NEMA Size 00 industrial contactor designed for motor control and auxiliary switching applications. The nameplate identifies a maximum continuous voltage rating of 600 VAC and compliance with IEC/EN 60947-4-1 and 60947-5-1 standards. It carries UL Listing 728B and is marked for use with copper conductors only, up to #10 AWG, 75°C. The unit is rated AC-3 with horsepower ratings of 0.33 HP at 115V (1-phase) and up to 2 HP at 460–575V (3-phase). AC-1 rating is 32A at 690V, with auxiliary contact rating of 20A. Short circuit rating is 5kA at 600V with fuses and 5kA at 480V with circuit breaker protection. Power terminal tightening torque is specified at 13.3–17.7 lb-in. The contactor is marked “Break all lines” and includes NEMA A600 auxiliary contact designation. Manufactured in Switzerland, this unit is suitable for industrial motor starting and control panel integration where NEMA Size 00 specifications are required.
