Used in industrial motor control applications, this Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-A Series assembly combines a 100-A60N*3 three-pole IEC magnetic contactor with a 193-A1K3 overload relay. The contactor carries CAT number 100-A60N*3, Series C, rated at 60A maximum AC3 current and 600 VAC maximum continuous. IEC 947, BS 5424, and VDE 0660 standards apply, with an insulation voltage Ui of 690V and a conventional thermal current Ith of 100A. AC3 kW ratings are 15 kW at 220/230V, 30 kW at 380/400/415V, and 37 kW at 500V and 660/690V. Maximum horsepower ratings include 15 HP at 200V three-phase, 20 HP at 230V, 40 HP at 460V, and 50 HP at 575V. Single-phase ratings are 5 HP at 115V and 10 HP at 230V. The 193-A1K3 overload relay is Series A with a current range of 23 to 75A and Trip Class 10. A surge suppressor accessory and an auxiliary contact block are also mounted to the assembly. The unit is Made in U.S.A. per the nameplate. Applicable to pump, compressor, conveyor, and general industrial motor starting circuits requiring IEC-rated magnetic contactor protection.
