The Allen-Bradley 1756-IF8 is a ControlLogix 8-point analog input module manufactured by Rockwell Automation. Cat. No. 1756-IF8, Series A, Firmware 1.005, Serial Number 85025457. Manufactured on 2021/03/01 at Rockwell Automation, 1201 S 2nd St, Milwaukee, WI 53204, USA. The module mounts directly into a ControlLogix chassis and interfaces with field-side wiring via a removable terminal block or a 1492 interface module (sold separately). Per Rockwell published specifications, the 1756-IF8 provides 8 single-ended or 4 differential analog input channels configurable for current or voltage signals, with 24-bit resolution and synchronized input sampling compatible with CIP Synch systems. Features include per-channel fault LED annunciation, on-board data alarming, real-time channel sampling, and scaling to engineering units. Data formats support integer mode and IEEE 32-bit floating point. The module was received in its original factory packaging with original foam tray and documentation insert visible.
