The Allen-Bradley 1756-IA32 is a ControlLogix 32-point digital AC input module manufactured by Rockwell Automation. Cat No. 1756-IA32, Series A, Firmware 3.004. The module accepts 74 to 132V AC input signals at 50/60 Hz and is organized into two groups of 16 inputs each, with a 36-pin removable terminal block interface compatible with the 1756-TBCH and 1756-TBS6H terminal blocks. Current draw is rated at 165 mA at 5.1V and 2 mA at 24VDC, with total backplane power consumption of 0.9W. Maximum inrush current is 390 mA. The module provides hardware input delay of 1.5 ms nominal on the OFF to ON transition and 1 ms nominal on the ON to OFF transition, with user-selectable software filter times also available. Continuous isolation voltage is rated at 250V. Compatible with the ControlLogix 5580 controller platform and installable in 1756 local or distributed I/O chassis configurations.
