The Allen-Bradley 1492-IFM40F is a 40 point feed through digital interface module from the Bulletin 1492 wiring systems family. Catalog number 1492-IFM40F, Series A, sourced new in the original Allen-Bradley factory box with the OEM wiring diagram insert and pink anti static bubble wrap intact. Manufactured in the U.S.A. under barcode 10662468170212.

This standard digital IFM provides a feed through termination point between a PLC I/O module and field wiring, allowing 40 individual screw clamp terminal positions to land on a single compact DIN rail mountable carrier. Connection to the PLC is made through a 40 pin ribbon cable header, with channels labeled on an integrated marking strip for circuit identification. The two tier screw clamp terminal design supports input and output digital signal wiring for SLC 500 and other Allen-Bradley discrete I/O platforms that use 40 pin pre wired cable assemblies.

Markings on the carton confirm UL Recognized, cUL, and CE certifications. The module ships in the original corrugated outer box with the factory label, internal kraft sleeve, and protective anti static wrap as photographed.
