The box label reads BULLETIN 801, GENERAL PURPOSE LIMIT SWITCH, ROLLER LEVER, N.O. & 3 N.C., CAT 801-ASC25X, SER A, 2023/05/26, and PRODUCT OF DOMINICAN REP. It also lists Rockwell Automation, 1201 S 2nd St, Milwaukee, WI 53204, USA. Voltage and current ratings are not readable in the photos and are not stated here.

The 801-ASC25X is packed in the box. The box also holds pink foam packing, a black anti-static bag with an orange ESD label, and an Allen-Bradley installation instruction sheet titled PowerFlex 750-Series Frame 1 Replacement Parts. The switch is not shown out of its packaging in the photos.
