The Allen Bradley 140U-J6D3-D25 is a 250 amp molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) assembly from the Bulletin 140U Series, J6 frame, with a thermal magnetic trip unit. The catalog number on the unit label is 140U-J6X3 B (frame), assembled as 140U-J6D3-D25 with the integrated T/M trip rated at 250A maximum, fixed thermal and adjustable magnetic, three poles. Interrupting rating is 65kA at 480V AC, with additional published ratings of 100kA at 240V AC, 70kA at 415V AC, 50kA at 525V AC, and 14kA at 690V AC per the IEC 60947 2 nameplate. The DC interrupting rating is 22kA at 250V DC. Suitable for use on three phase AC systems and on single phase AC when using the two outside poles. Terminals accept wire sizes 4 to 350 AWG/MCM (CU/AL via 140U J TLA1) at 250 lb in, or CU only via 140U J TLS1 at 180 lb in. Rated for 60/75 degrees C wire on 125 amp and lower applications, with current rated at 40 degrees C ambient, Category A. The unit carries UL 489 and CSA 22.2 No. 5 listings and the CE mark. Uimp impulse withstand is 8 kV. Material number P.N. 26278. Series B. Product of Dominican Republic. Item is in original factory packaging.
