The Allen-Bradley 802T-FP is a metal plug-in oiltight limit switch from the Bulletin 802T series, rated for NEMA/EEMAC B600 service and housed in a Type 4 and 13 enclosure. The switch body carries Cat. No. 802T-FP, Series H, with voltage ratings of 120-600V AC at 3600VA make and 360VA break, and 24-72V at 30A make and 5A break per the nameplate. UL Listed and CSA certified (Listed A191, Ind. Cont. Eq.). Mounted to the switch body is a 5-degree pretravel roller lever operator head bearing part number 75004-451-63, which is designed for use exclusively with 802T-FP switches. The operator head pivots on a cast lever arm fitted with a roller wheel, providing a side-actuated mechanical input for position detection or end-of-travel sensing in industrial machinery and conveyor systems. The plug-in construction of the 802T-FP allows the switch body and head assembly to be replaced without disturbing the wiring chamber base, minimizing downtime during maintenance. Contact configuration per nameplate is same-polarity circuits 1-2 and 3-4. Item is offered as a complete assembly: switch body and roller lever operator head together. No wiring base or additional accessories are included.
