The Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 4 is a compact adjustable frequency AC drive rated for 0.4 kW (0.5 HP) motor applications. Cat. No. 22A-D1P4N104, Series A, this unit accepts three-phase input power in the range of 380 to 480V AC at 48 to 63 Hz, with an AC voltage range of 342 to 528V. Input current draw is 1.8A continuous. Output is three-phase, 0 to 240 Hz, with an AC voltage range of 0 to 460V, continuous output current of 1.4A, and a 60-second overload rating of 2.1A. The enclosure rating is IP20 / NEMA Type Open (UL Type 1 with optional conduit box kit installed). Short circuit current rating is 100kA. Power terminal wiring requires 75 degrees C copper wire in the 12 to 18 AWG range, torqued to 1.96 Nm. The onboard human interface module features a fixed keypad with LED display indicating run, forward, reverse, program, and fault status, along with real-time readout of volts, amps, and hertz. Serial number AD1P4N0W1310064, firmware revision FRN 6.01, manufactured July 29, 2011 in China. UL listed, CE marked, and RCM certified (N223).
