The Allen-Bradley 836T-T253J is a Bulletin 836T T style pressure control switch from the Series A line, designed to open or close electrical circuits in response to changes in pneumatic or hydraulic pressure. This unit features a copper alloy bellows operator and provides an adjustable operating pressure range of 12 to 150 psi with an adjustable differential of 6 to 30 psi. Maximum line pressure is rated at 350 psi. The contact block is configured as S.P.D.T. with 2 circuits, suitable for pilot duty applications with an A600 designation. Control ratings include 120 to 600V AC, 72 to 120V AC, 24 to 72V AC, and 115 to 600V DC operation. The enclosure carries Type 1, 4, and 13 ratings along with IP66 protection, making it suitable for indoor industrial use, washdown environments, and areas where dust tight or oil tight protection is required. Certifications visible on the nameplate include UL Listed, CSA, and CE. The port connection is 1/4 inch NPT female.
