The Allen-Bradley 836T-T302J is a Bulletin 836T Series A electromechanical pressure control switch designed for traditional machine tool and heavy duty industrial pressure applications. The nameplate identifies a T style pressure control with an adjustable operating range of 200 to 3000 PSI (14 to 210 Bar) and an adjustable differential of 125 to 400 PSI (8.75 to 28 Bar) at approximate mid range values. Maximum pressure rating is 15,000 PSI (1050 Bar) for occasional surge conditions. The enclosure carries Type 1, 4 and 13 industrial ratings with IP66 protection, suitable for indoor and outdoor installations subject to dust, washdown, and corrosive atmospheres. Control ratings on the nameplate include 120 to 600V AC at 7200VA make and 720VA break, 72 to 120V AC at 60A make and 720VA break, 24 to 72V AC at 60A make and 10A break, and 115 to 600V DC at 50VA make and break, with A600 pilot duty designation. Approvals listed include CSA, UL, and CE. The unit features a piston operator without seal, captive cover chain, and Allen-Bradley standard 2 circuit contact block configuration. Applications include hydraulic and pneumatic systems, machine tool circuits, compactor ram pressure monitoring, lubricant and coolant pressure control, air compressors, and material clamping fixtures. Compatible with oil, water based liquids, and non corrosive hydraulic fluids. Made in U.S.A. Includes original paint mask cover and instruction sheet as shown.
