The Allen-Bradley 20P41AD412RA0NNN is a 250 HP regenerative PowerFlex DC drive from the Bulletin 20P family. Input is 460V AC three-phase at 50/60 Hz drawing 336.6A, and armature output is 500V DC at 412.0A. Overload capability is 618.0A for one minute and 824.0A for three seconds. The regenerative configuration supports four-quadrant operation, allowing controlled deceleration and energy recovery on high-inertia DC motor loads.
The integrated field converter accepts 460V AC single-phase at up to 20A and delivers 360V DC at up to 20A. Regulator power is 115 or 230V AC single-phase at 1.2 or 0.7A. I/O logic is 24V DC standard, the enclosure is UL Type Open / IP20, and the drive is Series A on a Frame B chassis with original firmware version V.8.005.
