The Allen-Bradley 22A-D6P0N104 is a PowerFlex 4 series variable frequency drive rated for a 2.2 kW / 3.0 HP motor load. Catalog number 22A-D6P0N104, Series A, with firmware revision 6.01 and serial number AD6P0N0W15360238. Manufactured in August 2015.

Input specifications per nameplate: 3-phase, 380 to 480V, 48 to 63 Hz, with an AC voltage range of 342 to 528V and 7.5 input amps. Output: 3-phase, 0 to 240 Hz, AC voltage range 0 to 460V, 6.0 continuous amps, and 9.0 amps for 60-second overload. Short circuit current rating is 100 kA.

The unit features an integrated keypad with LED display showing volts, amps, and hertz, along with run/forward/reverse status indicators, program and fault indicators, and dedicated Esc, Sel, and directional keys. Power terminal wiring accepts 10 to 16 AWG (1.3 to 5.3 mm2) copper wire at 75°C, torqued to 1.96 Nm (17.4 in-lb).

Enclosure is IP20 / UL Open-Type with the top cover removed, rated for ambient temperatures of -10°C to 50°C. With the top cover and optional conduit box kit installed, the unit meets IP30 / NEMA 1 / UL Type 1 ratings at -10°C to 40°C ambient. UL listed, CE marked, and EAC certified.
