Used in industrial motor control applications requiring variable speed and programmable frequency output, the Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 4 is a compact, panel-mount AC variable frequency drive rated for 2.2kW (3.0HP) operation. Cat No. 22A-D6P0N104, Series A, manufactured in October 2013 (S/N AD6P0N0W3430026, FRN 6.01). Input is 3-phase, 380 to 480V AC, 48 to 63Hz, with an AC voltage range of 342 to 528V and a maximum input current of 7.5A. Output is 3-phase, 0 to 240Hz, with an AC voltage range of 0 to 460V, rated for 6.0A continuous and 9.0A at 60-second overload. Enclosure rating is IP20 (NEMA Open Type) with top cover removed, or IP30/NEMA Type 1 with cover and optional conduit box kit installed. The integrated keypad provides direct access to programming, run, forward, reverse, and fault functions, with display indicators for volts, amps, and hertz. Short circuit current rating is 100kA. UL listed and CE marked. Wiring connections are accessible; the unit is offered as removed from service. Compatible with Rockwell Automation PowerFlex 4 accessories including optional line filters and conduit box kits. The PowerFlex 4 series is a widely deployed platform in packaging, material handling, pump, fan, and general manufacturing applications.
