The Allen-Bradley 22B-D024N104 is a PowerFlex 40 series variable frequency drive rated at 11 kW (15 HP) with a 480V AC three-phase input. Input voltage range is 342 to 528V AC at 48 to 63 Hz, drawing up to 26.0 amps. Output is three-phase, 0 to 400 Hz, with a continuous output rating of 24.0 amps and a 60-second overload capacity of 36.0 amps. The drive supports sensorless vector control and Volts per Hertz control methods, providing high starting torque across the supported frequency range. Enclosure type is IP20 (NEMA/UL Type Open) for panel-mount installation. The integrated fixed keypad provides local programming and a four-digit display for status monitoring. The unit includes an internal IGBT brake and does not include an internal EMI filter. Serial number BD024N0W15200014, manufactured May 2012, Series A, FRN 6.02. Optional communication modules supported include DeviceNet, ControlNet, EtherNet/IP, and Profibus DP. The 22B-D024N104 was officially discontinued by Rockwell Automation as of June 30, 2025, with the 25B-D024N104 designated as the engineering replacement. The PORT, MOD, NET A, and NET B network status indicators are visible on the unit.
