The Allen Bradley 22B-D010N104 is a PowerFlex 40 adjustable frequency AC drive rated for 4.0 kW / 5.0 HP motor applications. Input voltage range covers 342 to 528V, 3 phase, with a continuous output rating of 10.5 amps. Firmware revision noted on the nameplate is FRN 6.02. Serial number BD010N0W1530283. This unit is part of the Bulletin 22B PowerFlex 40 family, designed for general purpose industrial motor control across conveyors, pumps, fans, mixers, and machine tool spindle applications. The drive features a panel mount IP20 NEMA Type Open enclosure with a fixed integrated keypad providing Esc, Sel, navigation, Start, Reverse, and Stop controls along with an LED display showing direction, fault, program, amps, and hertz. The keypad also includes a built in speed potentiometer for local control.
Standard features include a built in dynamic brake transistor (standard brake), sensorless vector control, multiple preset speeds, and support for two wire and three wire control schemes. Communication options support DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and PROFIBUS through optional adapters. The 22B-D010N104 is certified to cUL US (Listed Industrial Control Equipment 3KA0), CE, and C-Tick (N223). Per Rockwell publications, this catalog number has been replaced by 25B-D010N104 in the PowerFlex 525 family but remains widely deployed in legacy installations as a direct PowerFlex 40 replacement. The unit ships in original Allen Bradley packaging with pulp protective inserts and a Quick Start guide.
