This industrial linear isolator PCB assembly carries board part numbers 501-04172-00 and 502-03326-00, silkscreened directly on the board. The assembly incorporates two Burr-Brown ISO100AP optically-coupled linear isolation amplifier integrated circuits and one Burr-Brown 722 HV-ISO DC/DC converter module. The ISO100AP is a precision, optically-coupled linear isolation amplifier capable of continuous isolation voltage up to 750V AC peak or DC, making it well-suited for high-noise industrial environments where galvanic isolation between signal sources and control electronics is required. The board is configured with two independent signal channels, labeled SIG1 and SIG2, each accessible via screw terminal blocks that accommodate multiple conductor connections. Trimmer potentiometers are present on both channels and are labeled for offset and gain adjustment. Test points are distributed across the board for in-circuit measurement. IC sockets are populated at positions IC-4 and IC-5. The board uses through-hole construction throughout and connects to a host system via a gold-edge card connector along the bottom edge.
