The BWF RKIII from Fixatorenbau Bertuch and Co. GmbH is a heavy duty machine leveling wedge fixator designed for the precise alignment and leveling of machine tools, industrial machinery, and manufacturing equipment. Measuring 9 in. x 6 in. x 4 in., this Series RK fixator is built with all load bearing and movable parts, including guiding surfaces, constructed from high quality lamellar gray cast iron. The adjustable wedge mechanism allows for fine height correction after installation, enabling re-leveling of machinery in response to foundation shifting or settling without requiring full reinstallation. The RKIII model carries a permissible maximum load of 240,000 lbs and accommodates anchor bolt anchoring through a center bore. Molybdenum disulfide treatment is applied to bearing and moving surfaces per manufacturer specification for extended service life. The RKIII is the US equivalent of the Unisorb RKIII anchoring alignment system and is cross compatible with Unisorb Series RK fixator applications. Suitable for CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, presses, and other precision production equipment requiring controlled vibration isolation and precision leveling.
