The Consolidated NKI-42/30 is a precision needle roller bearing with inner ring, supplied in its original Consolidated Bearings retail box. Bore diameter measures 42 mm, outside diameter measures 57 mm, and width measures 30 mm. UPC barcode on the box reads 644075082549. The NKI series is a light duty, single row machined needle roller bearing complete with outer ring, retainer guided needle rollers, and a separable inner ring. Construction is open enclosure, non self aligning, with both sides separable from the inner ring. Per manufacturer published specifications for this series, dynamic load rating is 48,500 N, static load rating is 94,000 N, fatigue load limit is 17,500 N, and maximum reference speed is approximately 9,800 rpm. Operating temperature range is 20 C to 120 C. Cage guided needles provide full length roller contact for high load capacity in a radially compact envelope. Common OEM equivalents include INA NKI42/30 XL, SKF NKI 42/30, IKO TAFI 425730, and Koyo NKI 42/30. Typical applications include automotive and truck transmissions, agricultural and construction equipment, pumps and compressors, industrial gearboxes, and general purpose machinery where the host shaft is not hardened and ground to serve as a raceway.
