Dril-Quip CNC Operator Control Panel

A machine operator control panel manufactured by Dril-Quip, configured for CNC lathe or multi-spindle turning center applications. The front face features an array of illuminated pushbutton switches in green, red, and orange, labeled for functions including Cycle Start, Feed Hold, Machine Lock, Rapid, H1 Tool Inspect, H1 Tool Recover, Coolant Auto, Coolant Off, Coolant On, Index Start, Index Enable, Chip CV1 On, Chip CV2 On, Chip CV1 Reverse, Chip CV2 Reverse, Tailstock Power On, and Tailstock Swing Off. A rotary Tool Selection switch is marked positions 1 through 8, and a T Index Direction selector provides forward and reverse indexing control. The Remote Head Control section includes Head 1 Enable and Head 2 Enable buttons along with an H2 Feed Override rotary knob scaled from 0 to 120 percent. H2 MPG H2 Sel and H2 MPG Z2 Sel buttons are also present in the Remote Head Control zone. The reverse side of the panel, visible in the second photo, shows the full wiring harness assembly with multiple multi-conductor cables, plug connectors, and rotary switch bodies soldered and terminated to the panel substrate. Two large-diameter multi-pin circular connectors and a number of smaller terminal connections are present. The assembly includes two external cable harnesses routed through strain relief fittings. No model number, part number, or voltage rating is legible in the available photos.
