Dril-Quip Operator Control Panel for a Dril-Quip Pipe Threading/Rolling Machine

Used in pipe machining and threading equipment, this Dril-Quip operator control panel provides manual and sequenced machine control functions for roller and feed axis operation. The front face is engraved with the Dril-Quip brand name and includes labeled controls for four roller stations (Roller 1 through Roller 4), an In Feed axis with two zones, Main ABS, and In Feed ABS functions. Each roller and feed station is controlled by a three-position rotary selector switch with Down and Up positions. Additional controls include a joystick for feed control, a Spindle Jog illuminated pushbutton in amber, Sequence Forward and Sequence Reverse pushbuttons in green and red respectively, a Service Mode Lock switch with key cylinder, and a stepped sequencing indicator circuit with six labeled steps covering load and unload, pipe lift to spindle center, rotational roller engagement, feed roller lowering, feed roller engagement, and rotational roller lowering. The panel is mounted to a black fabricated steel enclosure plate with four corner mounting holes and two cable entry cutouts. The reverse side, visible in the second photo, carries the wired assembly including multiple green and red terminal block units, a transformer or coil assembly, toggle switches, and routed multi-conductor wiring. No model number or part number is visible on either surface. No serial number, revision marking, or electrical rating data is confirmed from photos.
