Product Description
The Edwards E1M18 is a single-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump with a pumping speed of 12.1 CFM at 60 Hz. The pump body carries serial number 086051065 and was manufactured in England by Edwards Limited. The unit is powered by a single-phase Leroy Somer motor built for BOC Edwards, rated 0.75 kW at 60 Hz / 1750 RPM, with IP34 enclosure and Class F insulation, meeting IEC34-1 and UL 1004 standards. Inlet and exhaust connections are KF25 flanged. The unit accepts dual voltages (110-105V or 208-210V at 60 Hz) and includes a thermal overload protection device. A blue label on the unit indicates it was rebuilt and tested by Advaco (Advanced Vacuum Company, Inc., Westminster, MD). Surface condition reflects prior field use, with paint staining, scuffing, and paint loss visible on the motor housing. The E1M18 is used across laboratory, industrial, and scientific vacuum applications including backing turbomolecular pumps, freeze drying, and mass spectrometry.
