This listing is for a used Fanuc CMOS Dual Bus Memory board, part number 501-03883-01. The board is a large-format printed circuit assembly designed for use in Fanuc CNC control systems. It is densely populated with Hitachi HM6264LP-15 8K x 8 CMOS static RAM integrated circuits across a full array of IC positions labeled IC-1 through IC-24 and beyond, along with supporting logic ICs including SN74LS640N bus transceivers, SN74S240N buffers, SN74LS273N registers, and SN74S283N adders visible on the component side. The board includes a Tadiran TL-5135 lithium inorganic battery for CMOS memory backup. Secondary board identifier 502 series is partially visible on the top edge. A date code label reading 03093-41 is affixed to the board. The dual bus architecture is consistent with Fanuc CNC control systems from the System 6, 10, and 11 series era. All IC positions observed in the photos appear populated. Connectors are gold-edge type along the bottom edge of the board.
