This listing is for a used Fanuc CMOS Dual Bus Memory board, part number 501-03883-01. The board is a large-format printed circuit assembly designed for use in Fanuc CNC control systems. It is densely populated with Hitachi HM6264LP-15 8K x 8 CMOS static RAM integrated circuits across a full array of IC positions labeled IC-1 through IC-24 and beyond, along with supporting logic ICs including SN74LS640N bus transceivers, SN74S240N buffers, SN74LS273N registers, and SN74S283N adders visible on the component side. The board includes a Tadiran TL-5135 lithium inorganic battery for CMOS memory backup. Secondary board identifier 502 series is partially visible on the top edge. A date code label reading 03093-41 is affixed to the board. The dual bus architecture is consistent with Fanuc CNC control systems from the System 6, 10, and 11 series era.
