It is densely populated with Hitachi HM6264LP-15 8K x 8 CMOS static RAM integrated circuits across a full array of IC positions labeled IC-1 through IC-24 and beyond, along with supporting logic ICs including SN74LS640N bus transceivers, SN74S240N buffers, SN74LS273N registers, and SN74S283N adders visible on the component side. The board includes a Tadiran TL-5135 lithium inorganic battery for CMOS memory backup. Secondary board identifier 502 series is partially visible on the top edge.
