The main carrier board is silkscreened AXS02 MRX61 with fabrication number 44A719259-001, Revision R02/2, dated March 1984. Three AXP02 Axis Processor daughter cards are mounted on the main carrier board, each bearing the GE logo and VA-4 2684 designation. A separate AXP03 Front End daughter card labeled 44A719325-101 is also visible mounted on the assembly. A handwritten label reading CNC 3 is affixed to the carrier board.
