Used in industrial panelboards and switchgear assemblies, the General Electric TJJ436250 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker rated at 250 amps and 600V AC. Catalog number TJJ436250, Mod 5, this unit carries a magnetic trip adjustment range of 750 to 2500A and an ampere rating of 250A as shown on the front nameplate label. The breaker features copper or aluminum (CU-AL) rated lug terminals with a torque specification of 275 lb-in for lug screws. UL listed as a 3-pole unit with a 400A frame maximum, UL file E11593-R. Current interrupting ratings per the nameplate include 22,000A at 600V for the 125-400A breaker range and additional ratings at lower voltages. The unit includes a red magnetic trip indicator button on the front face, three individual magnetic trip adjustment dials (LO/HI), and accepts Mod 5 configuration. A DC application sticker on the top indicates suitability for ungrounded battery systems at 500VDC nominal, 600VDC max, with a 20kA interrupting rating at 500VDC. The breaker is listed for use with panelboards and listed enclosures. Manufactured in the USA by General Electric, Plainville, Connecticut. Sold as removed, in used surplus condition. The item shows signs of use and surface wear consistent with industrial service. Lugs are installed.
