A CMOS Dual Bus Memory Board from Giddings and Lewis, carrying assembly number 501-03883-00 and PCB fabrication number 502-03093-41, with the Giddings and Lewis Electronics logo visible at the upper right corner. Revision date stamped on the silkscreen reads 29-85, and serial number 23600 is present at the lower edge. The board is populated with an extensive array of HM6264LP-15 CMOS static RAM devices, each in an 8K x 8 configuration, mounted across the full upper section of the board. A Tadiran 3.6V lithium inorganic battery (TL-5135, dated 10/84) is installed at the upper right and provides non-volatile memory backup for data retention during power loss. Dual-bus architecture is supported by J3-1 and J3-2 connectors at the top edge, with power input through PWR1 and PWR2 connectors labeled 5V VCCA and 5V VCC. A write protect slide switch (SW1) is mounted at the lower left, labeled ON, WRITE PROTECT, and OFF. Logic support devices include LS640, LS340, LS682, LS273, LS257, LS283, LS244, LS240, LS175, LS138, LS02, LS11, LS10, LS04, LS00, and ALS240 ICs. Sub-assembly stickers 502-70172-00, 502-70174-00, and 502-70196-00 are installed in the lower section. TRW resistor networks and LM339 comparator devices are also visible. CONN P1 and CONN P2 card-edge finger connectors are present on the right edge. Through-hole construction throughout on a multi-layer green PCB with gold-plated edge connectors.
