A CRT Data Interface Board from Giddings and Lewis, identified by primary assembly number 501-03895-01 and PCB fabrication number 502-03098-01, with additional reference number 503-15596-01 visible on the silkscreen at the lower edge. The board carries the Giddings and Lewis Electronics logo and serial number 517300. It is designed for use in Giddings and Lewis CNC control systems where it provides the interface between the control system backplane and a CRT display, supporting video output via the labeled VIDEO COAX connector and VIDEO CONN A header along the left edge. A 15.000 MHz oscillator (CTS-JPN MP-150) handles clock generation for video timing. Logic ICs populated on the board include LS166, LS157, LS138, LS682, LS373, LS340, LS245, LS123, LS08, LS04, and ALS74 devices from multiple manufacturers. Three MB8128-10 RAM devices are mounted mid-board. ROM or EPROM ICs labeled 502-03163-01, 502-03164-01, 502-03165-01, and 502-03166-01 are socketed in the center section. Connector P1 and P2 card-edge fingers are present on the right edge, and board address jumpers labeled BOARD 0 through 7 and BOARD 8 through 15 are visible near the lower right. The G/C designation is present at the lower right corner. Through-hole construction throughout on a multi-layer green PCB with gold-plated edge connectors.
