The serial number A98097 is visible on the barcode label at the board edge. The board is designed as a dual-channel linear signal isolation card featuring two Burr-Brown ISO100AP precision isolation amplifiers (IC-1 and IC-2), a Burr-Brown model 722 HV-ISO DC/DC converter module (IC-3) providing isolated power, and two IC-4 and IC-5 DIP socket positions for additional signal conditioning. Each channel section is labeled SIG1 and SIG2 and includes a 12-position screw terminal block for field wiring connections, with terminals numbered 1 through 12. On-board trimmer potentiometers VR1-2, VR1-3, and VR1-4 are visible for channel calibration. Yellow film capacitors, ceramic disc capacitors, and metal film resistors populate the remaining circuit areas.
