The board is designed as a dual-channel linear signal isolation card featuring two Burr-Brown ISO100AP precision isolation amplifiers (IC-1 and IC-2) and a Burr-Brown model 722 HV-ISO DC/DC converter module (IC-3) providing isolated power for both channels. Each channel section is labeled SIG1 and SIG2 and includes a 12-position screw terminal block for field wiring connections with terminals numbered 1 through 12. Yellow film capacitors are installed at each terminal block section for signal filtering. IC-4 and IC-5 DIP socket positions are populated. On-board blue trimmer potentiometers VR1-2, VR1-3, and VR1-4 are present for per-channel offset and gain calibration. Metal film resistors and ceramic capacitors populate the remaining circuit areas.
