Product Description

This is a Giddings & Lewis 501-03865-01 processor module. The board silkscreen reads Processor Module, 501-03865-01, 502-03061-, with the end of the second number reading -02. The board is marked RB 9/86, a number stamped near the bottom edge reads 078001, and a label near the bottom edge reads 503-16147-03 with a barcode label beside it. The Giddings & Lewis Electronics logo is on the board. No voltage rating is shown.

The board is populated with ICs, including a Motorola MC2661 type serial IC, an NEC D8259AC-2, a gold-lid ceramic IC and a second large processor-type IC near the center, and four labeled EPROMs, along with other labeled ICs (502-70198-00, 502-70199-00, 502-70149-00, 502-70200-00). The silkscreen marks Conn A Serial Port, Conn B Expansion Bus, and termination selection jumpers for TX, RTS and DTR. Gold edge connectors run along the left, right and bottom sides, and ejector handles are at the top and bottom corners. The photos show the board on bubble wrap.
