Used in Giddings and Lewis CNC machining and boring mill systems, this multi-channel servo board carries silkscreen designations 501-03852-00 and 502-03055-00 and prominently displays the Giddings and Lewis Electronics logo. The board supports four servo channels labeled A, B, C, and D, each with dedicated interface connections visible along the left edge. A 16.384 MHz crystal oscillator (Y-1) is mounted near the lower section of the board, providing clock timing for the servo control circuitry. The DAC800 digital-to-analog converter is present and clearly labeled, consistent with analog servo command output functionality. Logic ICs throughout the board include LS374, LS244, LS240, LS174, LS138, and LS164 devices from multiple manufacturers including Texas Instruments and National Semiconductor, all through-hole construction on a multi-layer green PCB with gold-plated edge connectors. Board revision date stamped on the silkscreen reads RD 5/85.
