Giddings and Lewis Electronics Servo Interface circuit board, catalog number 502-03092-00, PCB board number 501-03882-00, revision RC, dated 5/84. The Giddings and Lewis logo appears on the component side along with the designation "SERVO CHAN" at connector P2 and labeled test points TP1 through TP10 along the left edge. Signal labels visible include GAIN, BAL, COS IND, RES CMD, DRV, SIN IND, FDBK 1, FDBK 2, and GND.

The board is populated with National Semiconductor LM301 and LM1458 op-amp ICs in DIP packages, two large TO-3 style power transistors identified as S8548 / LH0101CK mounted to purple anodized aluminum heat sinks, precision RS-7 wirewound resistors rated 100 ohm 0.05%, trimmer potentiometers, and gold-fingered edge connectors on both ends.
