This listing is for a used Giddings and Lewis Servo Interface board, part number 502-03420-00, assembly drawing number 501-04306-00, Revision 1, dated 8/87. This board is also referenced in some sources under the FIVES brand, which acquired the Giddings and Lewis machine tool product line. The board is described by the manufacturer as a PC Board Assembly, Servo Interface, and is confirmed discontinued by the original manufacturer.

The PCB silkscreen label reads "SERVO INTERFACE" and identifies both part numbers prominently. Signal labels visible along the edge connector include FDBK-1, FDBK-2, DRV-CMD, SIN-RES, COS-RES, SIN-IND, COS-IND, GND, and ZERO, indicating resolver-based servo feedback interface functionality.
