This is a used Giddings & Lewis Electronics A/D and fast input PCB assembly bearing part numbers 501-04171-00 and 502-03325-00, silkscreened directly on the board face. The Giddings & Lewis brand logo is printed on the board. The board is a large-format, high-density through-hole and mixed-technology assembly. The primary analog data acquisition device is a Burr-Brown SDM857JG Data Acquisition System IC in an 80-pin package, mounted at the center of the board. An onboard DC/DC power supply module by Computer Products Stevens-Arnold is installed and labeled A05015/150, providing regulated internal supply voltages. Board silkscreen markings indicate +12V and -12V supply rails. Connector sections include CONN 1 through CONN 5 along the left edge for A/D channel inputs, a FAST INPUT section along the lower left, and gold-edge card connectors labeled CONN 2, BOARD, and P1 CONN along the board edges. Trimmer potentiometers VR1-1, VR2-1, and associated GAIN and OFFSET adjustments are accessible on the board face. Logic ICs include MM74HC244N, SN74LS640N, MM74HC00N, MM74HC138N, MM74HC540N, MM74HC688N, MM74HC73N, MM74HC541N, MM74HC08N, MM74HC04N, MM74HC164N, DM74LS240AN, and SN74LS145N.
