This is a used Giddings & Lewis Electronics servo board PCB assembly bearing part numbers 501-03852-00 and 502-03055-00, silkscreened directly on the board face. The Giddings & Lewis brand logo is printed on the board. The board is a large-format, high-density through-hole assembly configured for four independent servo channels labeled SERVO CHAN A, B, C, and D along the left edge. Gold-edge card connectors labeled BOARD and P1 are located along the board edges with numbered positions to 85 and 39 respectively. A Burr-Brown AMNDAC80-CBI-V D/A converter IC is visible on the board. A 16.384 MHz crystal oscillator Y-1 is present. Primary analog switch ICs are Intersil IH6108CPE at IC-1, IC-2, IC-44, IC-64, IC-74, IC-79, and additional positions with K8701 date codes. Motorola TL082CP and TL080CP dual op-amps are present at multiple positions. NE5532 and NE5532P precision op-amps appear at IC-32, IC-54, and IC-76. Linear Technology LT1055 op-amps are present at IC-77, IC-82, and IC-84. Logic ICs include SP8652A DM74LS174N, SP8712A DM74LS244N, SN74LS160AN, DM74LS161AN, SN74LS640N, SN74LS240N, SN74LS138N, SN74LS123N, SN74LS04N, DM74LS08N, SP8652A DM74LS164N, SP8652A DM74LS73AN, SN74LS682N, PB504A DM74LS20N, and DM7406N among others. MC74F32NDS and MC74F174NDS fast logic ICs are present with 8625A and 8552 date codes. Test points TP1, TP2, GND TP9, and D/A OUT TP3 are accessible on the board face.
