The OEM nameplate label notes this version is replaced by the 502-03055-01 revision. The board is manufactured by Giddings and Lewis Electronics and carries the Giddings and Lewis logo on the PCB surface.

The 502-03055-00 is a densely populated multi-channel analog servo control board. Labeled servo channels on the board silkscreen include SERVO CHAN B, SERVO CHAN C, and SERVO CHAN D, with D/A OUT and TP3 test point positions. Key components visible include a DAC80Z precision digital-to-analog converter, an MNDAC80-CBI-V hybrid DAC module, NE5532 and NE5533 dual op-amps, DG508ACJ 8-channel analog multiplexers, TLO82 JFET-input op-amps, LM339 quad comparators, 74LS-series logic ICs (LS240, LS374, LS573, LS640, LS138, LS123, LS20, LS08, LS174, LS00, LS164), MC74F32NDS and MC74F174NDS fast logic, and a Y-1 16.384 MHz crystal oscillator. The board uses yellow tantalum capacitors throughout and carries resistor networks at RN1-2 position. Edge connector P1 and labeled connectors provide backplane and external signal connections.

This board is a discontinued, obsolete component available only through the industrial surplus market. Repaired units are actively listed at significantly higher prices.
