This is a used Giddings & Lewis Electronics servo board PCB assembly bearing part numbers 501-03852-00 and 502-03055-00, silkscreened directly on the board face. The Giddings & Lewis brand logo is printed on the board. The board is a large-format, high-density through-hole assembly configured for four independent servo channels labeled SERVO CHAN A, B, C, and D along the left edge. A gold-edge card connector labeled BOARD connects along the bottom left, and a second connector labeled P1 is located along the right edge with numbered positions to 47. A Burr-Brown DAC80Z-CBI-V D/A converter IC is visible on the board face. A 16.384 MHz crystal oscillator Y-1 is present. The board is densely populated with National Semiconductor logic ICs including DM74LS174N, DM74LS244N, DM74LS160AN, DM74LS373N, DM74LS373AN, DM74LS240N, DM74LS138N, DM74LS123N, DM74LS20N, DM74LS164N, DM74LS73AV, DM7406N, and MC74F32ND5 and MC74F174NDS fast logic devices. Intersil IH6108CPE analog switches and TL082CP dual op-amps are present at multiple positions. IC positions include IC-1 through IC-86 as visible on the silkscreen. Test points TP1 through TP3 and trimmer potentiometer COS VR1 are accessible on the board face. Physical condition shows signs of prior installation and use. This board is consistent with multi-axis analog servo control applications in Giddings & Lewis legacy CNC machine tool systems.
