This is a used Giddings & Lewis Electronics servo board PCB assembly bearing part numbers 501-03852-00 and 502-03055-00, silkscreened directly on the board face. The Giddings & Lewis brand logo is printed on the board. The board is a large-format, high-density through-hole assembly configured for four independent servo channels labeled SERVO CHAN A, B, C, and D along the left edge. Gold-edge card connectors labeled BOARD and P1 are located along the board edges with numbered positions to 85 and 39 respectively. A Burr-Brown AMNDAC80-CBI-V D/A converter IC is visible on the board face. Active ICs include Intersil IH6108CPE analog switches with K8637 date codes at multiple positions, Texas Instruments TL082CP dual op-amps, NE5332 and NE5532P precision op-amps at IC-32 and IC-50 positions, and Motorola MC74F32NDS and MC74F174NDS fast logic. Logic ICs include DM74LS174N, SN74LS244N, DM74LS160AN, SN74LS161AN, DM74LS153N, DM74LS374N, SN74LS240N, SN74LS138N, SN74LS123N, SN74LS20N, DM74LS08N, SP8540A, DM74LS164N, and DM7406N. Trimmer potentiometers VR1 with COS and 5K markings and 20K trimmers are accessible on the board. Test points TP1, TP2, and GND TP9 are present.
