This is a used Giddings & Lewis Electronics servo board PCB assembly bearing part numbers 501-03852-00 and 502-03055-00, silkscreened directly on the board face. The Giddings & Lewis brand logo is printed on the board. The board is a large-format, high-density through-hole assembly configured for four independent servo channels labeled SERVO CHAN A, B, C, and D along the left edge. Gold-edge card connectors labeled BOARD and P1 are located along the board edges. A Burr-Brown AMNDAC80-CB1-V D/A converter IC is visible on the board. Primary analog multiplexer ICs are Texas Instruments DG508ACJ at IC-1, IC-2, IC-44, IC-64, IC-74, IC-79, and additional positions, with T8730 and T8712 date codes, representing a production variant substituting TI DG508ACJ devices in place of the Intersil IH6108CPE used in earlier revisions. Texas Instruments TL082CP dual op-amps branded 722 X B are present at multiple positions. NE5532 and NE5532P precision op-amps appear at IC-32, IC-54, and IC-76. Linear Technology LT1055 op-amps are present at IC-69, IC-77, and IC-82. Logic ICs include P8730A DM74LS174N, P8730A DM74LS244N, SN74LS640N, SN74LS240N, SN74LS138N, SN74LS123N, SN74LS04N, DM74LS08N, SP8730A DM74LS73AN, SN74LS682N, PB504A DM74LS20N, SP8632A DM74LS164N, and DM7406N among others.
