This is a used Giddings & Lewis Electronics servo board PCB assembly bearing part numbers 501-03852-00 and 502-03055-00, silkscreened directly on the board face. The Giddings & Lewis brand logo is printed on the board. The board is a large-format, high-density through-hole assembly configured for four independent servo channels labeled SERVO CHAN A, B, C, and D along the left edge. Gold-edge card connectors labeled BOARD and P1 are located along the board edges with numbered positions to 85 and 39 respectively. A Burr-Brown DAC80Z-CBI-V D/A converter IC is installed in a labeled D/A CONVERTER socket on the board face. Primary analog switch ICs are Intersil IH6108CPE at IC-1, IC-2, IC-44, IC-64, IC-74, IC-79, and additional positions with 8431 date codes, representing an early production variant of this board. TL082CP dual op-amps branded 445 X P3 are present at multiple positions. NE5532 precision op-amps appear at IC-32 and IC-54 positions. Logic ICs include P8440A DM74LS174N, P8440A DM74LS244N, SN74LS640N, SN74LS240N, SN74LS138N, SN74LS123N, SN74LS04N, DM74LS08N, SP8404A DM74LS20N, SP8452A DM74LS164N, and DM7406N among others. MC74F32N and MC74F174N fast logic ICs are present with 8423 and 8427 date codes. Test points TP1, TP2, TP9 GND, and BOARD TEST labels are accessible on the board. Physical condition shows signs of prior installation and use. IC date codes of 8431 place manufacture in the first quarter of 1984.
