This is a used Giddings & Lewis Electronics servo board PCB assembly bearing part numbers 501-03852-00 and 502-03055-00, silkscreened directly on the board face. The Giddings & Lewis brand logo is printed on the board. Board serial number 41 8408 is visible on the silkscreen. The board is a large-format, high-density through-hole assembly configured for four independent servo channels labeled SERVO CHAN A, B, C, and D along the left edge. Gold-edge card connectors labeled BOARD and P1 are located along the board edges. A DAC-80-CBI-V D/A converter IC in a gold-lid ceramic package with a 9984 date code is present, indicating a later component than surrounding ICs and suggesting possible field replacement. A 16.384 MHz crystal oscillator Y-1 is present. Primary analog switch ICs are Intersil IH6108CPE at IC-1, IC-2, IC-44, IC-64, IC-74, IC-79, and additional positions with 8431 date codes. Motorola TL082CDS dual op-amps branded 34002DS with K8622 date codes are present at multiple IC positions. NE5532 and NE5553 precision op-amps appear at IC-32, IC-54, and IC-76. Logic ICs include SP8516A DM74LS174N, SP8516A DM74LS244N, SN74LS640N, SN74LS240N, SN74LS138N, SN74LS123N, SN74LS04N, PB524A DM74LS08N, SP8516A DM74LS174N, PB444A DM74LS73AN, PB620A DM74LS20N, PB448AA DM74LS164N, and DM7406N among others. MC74F32NDS and MC74F174NDS fast logic ICs are present with 8623 and 8552 date codes. Test points TP1, TP2, GND TP9, and D/A OUT TP3 are accessible.
